144″ Oil Treater – Offshore Operations

The customer faced challenges at the West Delta field after a shutdown. To solve these issues, they acquired midstream facilities to restore pipeline service. This acquisition increased the need for handling liquids. This required a larger oil treater to manage higher fluid volumes. The customer faced a tight deadline to install equipment before the midstream sale closure. They needed to resume production. So, they evaluated refurbishing old equipment versus building a new vessel. They compared cost, time, and labor. After this assessment, they chose to buy a new vessel from Delta to deliver within 12 weeks.

Gas Conditioning Skid – Gulf of Mexico
A turnkey gas conditioning skid was delivered for an offshore GoM application, featuring custom-engineered separation and filtration systems. The modular design allowed for faster installation and improved operational flexibility.
Slug Catchers – Midstream
Delta provided 60” slug catchers for a midstream operator, supporting their gas processing facility. These vessels ensure smooth midstream operations by mitigating liquid surges and pressure fluctuations.
Amine Contactor and Still Columns – Midstream Facility
Engineered and built amine contactor and still columns to enhance gas sweetening processes for a major midstream company. Designed to handle high-pressure applications with ASME certification.
Dehydration Skids – Petrochemical Facility
Supplied multiple dehydration skids for a petrochemical facility. These skids remove water vapor from natural gas. This prevents pipeline corrosion and ensures process efficiency.
Knockout Drums & Flare System – LNG Project
Delta manufactured knockout drums and a flare system for an LNG facility. This ensured safe and efficient gas handling. They complied with stringent safety regulations.
